Copyright- All of the items seen on our website have been designed and handcreated with love and care. Many long hours have gone into creating a beautiful and unique range so we ask please do not steal our designs or copy what you see here. We support other artists and designers by not copying them, so we ask you to do the same. Thanks for supporting handmade.

Actual Size of Products - The photos DO NOT depict the actual size of the items shown. Please read the measurements provided in the descriptions carefully.

Length Options- Length options offered on this size are an approximation only. We endevour to make the jewellery as close as possible to the lengths mentioned. However due to crystal and pearl sizes, exact lengths may not alway be achieved.

Shipping- A rough way of working out costs of shipping is this. If your order is between $1- $45, It is sent via standard Australian Post for $5. Orders between $45.01 and $250 are sent via the $9 express post. Orders over $250.01 are sent $13 Express Post. Express post allows you to track your order.
PICK UP- if you would like to pick up your order from our home studio, please click that you will pay via DIRECT DEPOSIT, and deposit the amount MINUS THE SHIPPING FEE and state in the additional notes upon check out that you would like to pick it up and that you have not paid the shipping. We will than contact you to arrange a pick up date.

Order Processing Time- We generally take between 1-3 weeks to hand make your items, depending on how large or small your order is. (shipping time is on top of this) If a certain crystal or finding is out of stock and we have to order it in, it may take a little longer, however we will always let you know. If you require your items quickly please contact us before placing an order to see if your request can be accomodated (a rush fee may apply)

Personalised Jewellery Information IMPORTANT---The personalised jewellery is handstamped letter by letter. At times letters maybe out of alignment unevenly spaced or slight shadowing of hearts or feet may occur. This adds to the authentic feel of the piece and makes it unique, it should not be considered a fault. Slight scratches may appear on the disc over time, due to everyday wear. Please ensure that all spelling is correct as we stamp whatever we have been sent. We can not stamp the back of discs as the stamping process leaves slight marks on the back. If you are after the perfect look of machine engraved, handstamped jewellery may not be for you. Due to the one off nature of personalised jewellery refunds can not occur.--- The dics used are sterling silver and require special care, instructions will be sent with all items. The bracelet chain and necklace chain, used in most peices of personalised jewellery is silver plated, unless otherwise stated.  

Colour Chart Information - Please be aware that colour variations can occur from monitor to monitor if you are unsure of what colours you require, even after viewing the charts, please contact us for our advice or we can arrange samples of the crystals and pearls to be sent to you (charges occur)

Refund Policy - At Princess Allure we take the time to carefully handmake your jewellry to ensure quality and customer satisfaction, however if for some reason your jewellery is faultly, please return it to us and we will fix it and promptly return it to you. Please select carefully and make sure you are totally happy with your purchase before you commit to buy, as refunds for change of mind will not be accepted. If items need to be altered in any way due to change of mind, a fee will be charged, but that is only after discussed with Princess Allure. There are no refunds on personalised jewellery. If you are in any way unhappy with your jewellery please email us.

Packaging- Your jewellery will be placed in a ziplock bag. We recommend you leave it in there, to ensure no dust or moisture gets to the peices. Hairpieces will be wrapped in tissue paper. We have a gift packaging service for an additional small cost. If you purchase gift packaging it may arrive assemble or flat packed (if flat packed the reason is to save you money on shipping)

Our Findings and Beads - We use only the best Swarovski Crystals and Pearls. Swarovski crystal is man made and cut using precision machines. It sparkles beautifully and we personally dont think you can beat it! If Swarovski is not used in a design, it will be stated in the description. Sterling silver hooks are used and the gold hooks are gold plated. From time to time the earring hook style may change without notice according to availabilty from our suppliers. Chain may also slightly change.
